The expansive footprint of approximately 2500 sq ft of living area provides plenty of space for guests to have privacy and an open layout for gathering. Walking into the front part of the home is walking into New Orleans Storyville history: high ceilings with medallions, beautiful woodwork, fireplaces and wood floors. These front two rooms are both living and sleeping spaces, with a sitting area and sofa sleeper in the front parlor and a full size daybed with trundle in the library bedroom. Adjacent to the library bedroom is a bathroom with clawfoot tub. The expansive kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and gas stovetop. The dining room and adjacent wet bar make entertaining and socializing fun and easy. The living room hosts a comfortable moon shaped couch to fit all your friends and family. The first floor has a quaint and comfortable queen bedroom with a fabulous bathroom equipped with a luxurious jacuzzi tub and shower. This bathroom is nearby the living room for easy access. Upstairs there is a spacious master bedroom with a wonderful sitting area. The master bath is split with a shower and sink on one side and a separate toilet and wash area on the other. Upstairs across a long hall from the master, the loft is equipped with two beds - a twin and a full.
