In 2022 I had a large ponderosa pine tree removed that had broken the driveway so badly that no car could be parked there. After the tree was removed I had a new driveway put in and a new walkway from the driveway to one street - my house is on a corner. I also had a beautiful walkway put in from the driveway to my front porch. I also covered half of the back "yard" - it is nothing but an 8 foot wide strip of dirt. In the spring of 2023 I will have the other half covered. I also have had both porches repainted in a much nicer color. In the area where the removed pine tree was, I put in river rock, solar lights and scalloped bricks. When I was doing that work, my neighbors who would be walking by complemented me on how great it looked. About 2 years ago I had a new kitchen sink and faucet installed. Other than having the carpets cleaned this winter, the house is still in great condition. I will be selling it when my 96 year old mother dies. She is in assisted living. My house is perfect for a single person. The living room and master bedroom are both quite large (at least I think they are). There is a separate utility room where the washer and dryer are. It has a pitched roof. I'm guessing on the size of my lot - I've never measured it, but I'd say it is at least 50 feet by 100 feet. Maybe a bit more. I've uploaded before and after pictures of the old and new driveway and the landscaping I did in that area. I also uploaded pictures of the old look to my front porch and grass walkway to it, and the after picture - showing the nice, new walkway and newly painted porch (a much nicer color).
