About us: We're creative professionals in our 30s-40s from the Midwest and have all been in LA over a decade. We love cooking, low-key hangouts, and keeping the house calm and cozy. Home is our sanctuary. We sometimes host small bonfires, workshops, and art gatherings. The house also features a yoga room, music room, yard, and art studio. Vibez/What we're looking for: A woman, working professional, clean, grounded, and community-minded. Someone who enjoys a peaceful, intentional home, likes plants and cozy creative spaces, and appreciates occasional gatherings. Details: Large, unfurnished private bedroom with luxurious bathroom and your very own carpeted attic space. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate and features a huge mirror, large tub with jets, and a separate standing shower. The attic space is carpeted and has tons of storage that will be exclusively yours to use. Access is through your bedroom. Great for a workspace, studio, chill, etc. Rent: $1825 per month + utilities Deposit: $2500 there will be a credit check upon application Parking: The driveway fits two cars, we share this. Street parking is always close and available. No street cleaning or permit needed. Laundry: In house Utilities: Split equally 4 ways. (approximately $50-100 each) The space also features a large yard, long driveway, yoga room, art studio, music studio, large kitchen and dining area, and fireplace. Ralph's is within walking distance. There are also stairs nearby for working out if you're into that. Neighborhood is quiet and great for running.
