I have re-did the sub-foubdation in the bathroom in 2009; I also ran new plumbing from the bathroom out to the street in 2009. Have not had a back-up problem since;I put a new hot water heater in, in 2009; I had home depot put new carpet(light beige) in in 2009; It has a giant back yard and I put new braces on the wooden fence that encloses the back yard-I'm positive no dogs can get in or out now; This house does have some wood in it and when I bought it they did find termites and eradicated them. By the way one reason I bought it was because the roof in 2009 was in excellent shape and still is; Also it has a York A.C system on the roof that blows freezing cold in the summer and burning hot in the winter. Believe me it feels great. I'm on the balance usage with PGE and never paid more than $119.00 per month. I've lived here about six years and never had one problem. But, i put a couple signs up both in Mexican and English that say the place is under 24- 7 suirvellaince and have a few cameras on the roof in front anmd back. For the right offer I might be convinced to sell.
