We have stainless steal appliances, hardwood floors and ceramic/porcelain tile throughout the home, a half finished basement with carpet on the finished side and shelving, washer and dryer on the unfinished side. The $850 rent includes water, sewer, garbage, monthly association fee, a monthly cleaning service, washer and dryer, and lawn service. Not included in rent are gas and electric. They are through Laclede and AmerenUE and are on budget billing. Cost combined a month would be $130 based off mine and my husbands previous years use. Hopefully this helps in monthly budgeting, it has for us. Perks of location Near Page, Hwy 70, 170, 270. Can get quickly to airport, Delmar (the Loop), and Central West end! My husband and I found these to be our favorite places to visit while living here the past 5 years! With in a mile or so you can walk to Schaffer Park and Tiemeyer park where you can feed the ducks and they have a great swimming pool good for adults and those who have children. The neighbors in the cul-de-sac are very friendly and always willing to give a helping hand. It is a quiet street and very kid friendly ") This has been a great starter home for my husband and I and I hope a great home to you!
