Large loft room with skylight for rent in a 4 bed/2 bath home. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Your room is furnished with a queen bed, dressers, and built-in armoire. You also have a built-in heat and AC unit with a remote control, so you can set the temperature to whatever is comfortable for you. Your bathroom is mostly private, with visitors sometimes using the toilet only. Utilities include in-house new washer/dryer for your use, high-speed internet, water, trash, heat/AC. Shared space includes a large, furnished kitchen with stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, chest freezer, and a few cupboards set aside for your use. Comfortable couch and kitchen table in living area. Large lot with plenty of off-street parking. -Lease is month-to-month -Please clean up your own messes. Please clean up the kitchen/do your dishes within 1 day of preparing your food. -Keep your personal belongings in your room. Do not keep your personal belongings in common areas, like the living room or kitchen. -If you are playing music/watching TV, keep the volume at a respectful level. Consider using headphones if the noise is bothersome to others. Quiet hours are 9pm-7am. -An overnight guest is allowed up to 5 nights monthly, as long as the guest sleeps in your room and follows the House Rules as well as the other terms of the lease. -We may be open to you having a gathering of 3 or more guests at the home- like a dinner party or a family gathering. We could look at our schedules and find a time when it works for everyone. -The following disposable items are included in the rental: paper towels, dish soap, surface cleaner, glass cleaner and kitchen trash can liners. Please supply and use your own laundry soap and other cleaning/disposable/personal hygiene items. -Please turn on the fan in the bathroom after you have showered/bathed to clear out the excess moisture. -No smoking, vaping, use of non-prescribed pills, using heroin/fentanyl, using non-prescribed stimulants like meth or cocaine, smoking/vaping cannabis products, or huffing/inhalants like poppers on the property. Light alcohol is fine, however being drunk in common areas is not OK. Use of cannabis edibles/tinctures or chewing tobacco is fine.
