Platted in 1909, Linwood Place became Oklahoma City's first Urban Conservation District. The neighborhood itself features a strong neighborhood association that plans special events such as the annual Home Tour and neighborhood picnic. There are many good things to say about the neighborhood, but to truly get a feel for how special it is, you have to come out and see it. The neighborhood itself is located between NW 22nd and 16th Streets and between Drexel and I-44. It features lots of historic lamps throughout and Wayman's Park located at 18th & drexel.
