No Sub-Leasing Rent payment may be made by Check or agreed upon electronic payment (such as Zelle or Venmo). No bitcoin or any other block-chain payment are accepted as payment for rent. Tenant is responsible for payment and maintenance of all Utilities. Landlord will provide gardening service for front and back yards.
