I have a house for rent that is available March 1st. It is right between DU, Swedish hospital, Harvard Gulch, Porter Hospital. Its in old Englewood on a great block, close to light rail, parks, entertainment on S Broadway. ;Its 1000 sq foot with 2 beds 1 bath. About 700 on the main floor, 300 in the basement. The bedrooms are small. I don't think a king size bed will fit. 1 bedroom will fit a queen, the other will fit a full or single. There are some closet organizers to help. This house has a screened in porch off the front. It also has off street parking. Their is a 1 car garage but works as storage currently as the fence would have to be redone to get a car in there. So for now its set up as storage. It also has an unfinished basement for additional storage. There is a mud room with a washer/dryer in there currently that work. Ceiling fans to keep it cool. . Asking 1750 which I think is reasonable. I am looking for either a 1 or 2 year lease. Im looking for someone who is going to be able to take care off a house. I will allow a dog pending on the breed, but in return I expect you to be able to take care of some responsibilities of a house. The fence is fully enclosed so no issues there.
