Love this apartment, but I am down sizing to a 1 bedroom closer to work. Great location with a private patio that overlooks popular trail which is easily accessible for walking or biking. Dogs/cats allowed with small fee. My dog is 12$/month. There is TONS of room for extra storage in the one car garage. Extra parking is right outside. Quiet nice neighbors and a great location right off beltline. Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, small hardwood dining area. Really firm on move in date of between July 1- August 1. I wasn't planning on leaving so I had actually resigned my lease so it's a full year of $1,074/mo plus utilities. Security deposit is half first months rent. Owner pays gas and electric. Trash and water included.
