Sometimes we're a little picky when it comes to homes we rent. On this one, we asked the owner to replace a few things. Not much. We just asked him to put in:o All new plumbing, pipes, and fixtures.o All new electrical wiring, outlets, light fixtures, and wire nutso New walls, Sheetrock, texture, and paint.o New ceilings, texture and painto New floorso New windows and doorso New furnace and new ductingo And a bunch of other new stuff.In fact, you'd probably be hard pressed to find something in this house that wasn't replaced.
