    Recently resigned a lease but need to break it unfortunately and I need to find a new tenant to replace me, I would like to move out the end of the month (you could move in as early as the 30th but I have until the 5th of May to find a replacement before I have to pay for another month) House is unfurnished. The location is amazing and it is one of few houses inside of Waikiki. (314 Ainakea Way). Lease ends 01 Mar 2022 $1850 covers rent + tax and water bill move in total = rent + tax + deposit which is $3375 (preferably in cash) msg me to setup a showing and if you're still interested, then a credit, reference, and background check are required for all potential residents before approval to move in ($35 fee per applicant) I am not playing favorites, first person that passes all the checks, the house is yours text me for a faster reply Rent is $1650 + tax + water which come out to $1800-$1850 electric or internet is not included street parking is available throughout the day (with it being more available during the day than in the evening typically, but you can always find somewhere to park or rent a parking soot in the surrounding area)
