Lease ends 01 Mar 2022 $1850 covers rent + tax and water bill move in total = rent + tax + deposit which is $3375 (preferably in cash) msg me to setup a showing and if you're still interested, then a credit, reference, and background check are required for all potential residents before approval to move in ($35 fee per applicant) I am not playing favorites, first person that passes all the checks, the house is yours text me for a faster reply Rent is $1650 + tax + water which come out to $1800-$1850 electric or internet is not included street parking is available throughout the day (with it being more available during the day than in the evening typically, but you can always find somewhere to park or rent a parking soot in the surrounding area)
