This home is a diamond in the rough....the beautiful woodwork throughout the interior of this home is still in tack. The rooms in the home are excellently sized as well as the yard. The home has a multitude of uses....it would make a wonderful home for a family and there are plenty of loans that would allow a new home owner to add the needed repairs/updates to their home loan....or an investor could do the updates needed and make a nice income off of it as a rental. This home does need plenty of help but if someone is willing to take the time it would shine!
