The home has only had 2 tenants (those currently living there!), so it's practically brand new. The leasing office is always there if you're having issues, and they send maintenance in a timely fashion. Otherwise, the office leaves you alone, which is great! If you'd like to see home, please contact me ASAP. Owner pays trash. Tenant pays all utilities. Home uses propane gas, which was just refilled.
