I'm a student who ended up not needing an apartment since everything is now online. Definitely one of the nicest places in the whole row of McKee place apartments (I've stayed in 5 different ones.). Amazing view. See photos. Big living room. Big Kitchen. Lots of windows. Beautiful private balcony. Very lenient, we can go month by month, no need to worry about a long time commitment. May be willing to negotiate on price a bit. Can come partially furnished (kitchen table, chairs, desk, coffee table, etc.). This apartment is in the middle of Oakland and is about a 5 minute walk from campus, close to the bus lines and all the best restaurants. renter pays for gas and electric.
