    Cute and fully refurbished. Excellent location in quiet neighborhood and location in Montsna as a whole. Near enough the mountains to ski in winter but in what we call the banana belt of Montana which experiences much less severe winters. Town population of approx 4000 is small enough to walk almost everywhere for convenience but large enough to have reasonable shopping. For specialty items or a larger airport Billings, Montana's largest city is only 44 miles away. Supper outdoor activities abound in this area and people for the most part are relaxed and friendly. I have meticulously upgraded this house so buyer will have little or no maintenence for years to come. I originally planned to retire here myself but my plans changed. House is very ergonomically designed in the interior with exposed wood and old school charm to the trim. I completely remodeled the kitchen and most appliances are brand new and have never been used. Wiring has been upgraded. Newer 30 year roofing and new 30 year shingles on garage. Garage doors need reworking but I ran out of steam and will sell as is. Easy lawn to mow. Short sidewalk so very limited shoveling of snow in winter. 1 block from bank. Two blocks from primary school, library, hardware store, and large city park. 6 blocks from middle school, 8 blocks from high school, and 9 blocks from public indoor pool, diving pool, hot tub and workout facility. Located in the perfect part of Montana for ANY outdoor fun you can imagine. Blue ribbon fishing and hunting nearby. Hardin is located at the junction of both the Rocky Mountains and the rolling plains and has scenic opportunities of both. This house is solid and a fair price for all I hVe put into it to me it so.
