Near enough the mountains to ski in winter but in what we call the banana belt of Montana which experiences much less severe winters. For specialty items or a larger airport Billings, Montana's largest city is only 44 miles away. Supper outdoor activities abound in this area and people for the most part are relaxed and friendly.
