The lower suites have rear windows with partial ocean views. Second row to the ocean. The closest access is approx. 4 homes away and iS close to downtown Kure Beach and the fishing pier. Each bedroom has two full size memory foam beds, multiple TV's, and a pull out couch. ALL utilities are included. The suite is rented until 10/1/20 and will NOT be available for a physical showing until that point. These units are rented virtually though both Air BNB and VRBO (April-October). A virtual showing through the pictures below is preferred. If requiring a physical showing, we can arrange it on or after 10/1/20. Suites can and are typically rented virtually with a key box utilized for access to aid in "social distancing" awareness. A VAC lease agreement will be prepared by our staff at Salt Water Real Estate here in Carolina Beach in advance of your stay for accepted applications. The building is non-smoking building. No smoking on premises. One assigned parking space. A basic cleaning fee will be collected prior to move in.
