I'm going over sea's in Jan so the apartment will be all yours, the move in date is some what flexible as is the the move out date aprox 3 - 5mths, can be longer if needed. This wonderful apt is a great space to spend time in NY, close to the subway, the JMZ Marcy train is 5mins walk, and the Lorimer L train 7mins walk. The apartment is in a fun, creative part of Williamsburg. Also very close to Manhattan, it's only 1 stop to Manhattan about 10 min's to SoHo area. Also close to 3 super markets, 1 of them is an organic supermarket. Close to many cafes, good Mexican restaurants and other great places to eat. Crest hardware store is close by, some fun bars are short walk away. You'll be staying in my apt so please keep it clean and tidy.
