On a dead end street with large, private community greens space, located in wonderfully walkable Madrona Beach. Enjoy awesome sunsets and a friendly community. Pet friendly home and area. This was our weekend vacation home for the past 7 years, and we stayed here through most of COVID. We have done our best to make it very comfortable for long term stays with basically everything you need. No smoking allowed. Fully furnished. Heat, Electricity, Water, High Speed (1Gig) , Garbage included. Minimum stay 4 months. Two parking spots under deck, two more possible on property. No parking on street, but street parking available 1 block away. Any pet damage repair or cleaning repair will come out of regular deposit.
