This is a 3 floor furnished vacation rental with the main living area on the 2nd and 3rd Floor. The first floor with the garage and what was a play room was damaged by Helene and is being renovated. Due to this we are slicing the rent in half and are hoping to find locals who's home are undergoing major repair and would like to stay close by. Tenant should expect work on the first floor of the house during their stay.
