This is an updated property with 4 renting units on it. Perfect for the owner occupy looking to lower the expenses of living in San Diego. That was my plan and worked out great. Now that I'm based on the East Coast I'm looking to see if a local would like to take over. I'm not desperate to sell, I don't need it to sell, and I don't care if it sells. I'm just open to handing it over and collecting the equity to put that into something more local to my weekly milk run travels and not bi-coastal. This property was great for my dogs. The property is right on Swan Canyon and there are a few great walking trails in there that several neighborhood volunteer groups clean up every few weeks to maintain, plant local species of plants, and protect it's beauty. The catus blooms are really pretty in there and it keeps getting better every year. Nates Garden Grill is down one path and they have such a fun local atmosphere that is dog friendly and the food is so good! Writing this I'm very much missing the 70 and sunny San Diego days. Please note that I do NOT want soliciting calls to sell, I will be very short unless you're calling for a potential buyer. I have no time to listen to your pitch or what records search you have done on the property and what you think you can do for me. Any buying agent that's worth their time will do what you can do as a selling agent so do not waste my time. For those realtors that are representing a buyer I believe in extreme transparency and bickering on negotiating on an inspection report isn't worth my time and will not be tolerated. Remember, I'm not desperate to sell just willing to remove equity now and move it elsewhere. I appreciate you attention and respect to these requests.
