We have a infant and small dog. Looking for a Roomate for my wife when i am out on deployment. The room is private With a microwave, mini fridge and top burner with a private renovated bathroom, walk in closet and own sliding door entrance. You won't have access to our living spaces. All utilities will be included. Electric, trash, water and Internet. No washer and dryer on site. We expect the individual not to be to loud and conservative of neighbors/roommates and clean at all times. Parking will be on street unfortunately unless we can find someone in the complex to rent their spot for a price. Shared complex pool and hot tub. -No smoking. -Sorry no pets. Available December 15th 2024. -Renter will be expected to abide by rules. -3,6,12month lease if desired. - Background fee -First rent due at the time of signing & security deposit.
