Looking for a student roommate for a spacious private room in Unity Hall, located a couple of minutes walk from Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) and Illinois College of Optometry (ICO), and just two stops south of the Chicago Loop (on both the green and red L train lines!). The apartment is in the lower level of the building, shared with two other roommates. The room has a window and a closet (separate closet outside the room just for your use as well. The building and the apartment require key-card access, so it is extremely safe. The room has carpet flooring, while the common areas have wooden floors. Spacious shared bathroom (tiled floor) with another roommate. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a conventional oven, and a refrigerator. Furniture/electronic devices in the common space owned by the current roommates will be shared with the new roommate (TV, dining table, chairs, air fryer, etc.) There is a separate storage room right next to the apartment, where residents (including us) store bikes, extra furniture, etc. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment or the building itself. The building has quite hours from 10pm-7am. Rent period begins on 8-04-25 at and ends on 08-03-26.
