This private 1 bedroom apartment offers an open kitchen- living room area, bathroom with shower, large closet with beach towels, beach chairs, iron/ironing board and large bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed. The apartment features a retro refrigerator, hot plate, large toaster oven, convection microwave air fryer, electric frying pan, coffee maker and a magic bullet for whipping up your smoothies. Simple Pleasures is fully stocked and includes all utilities, plates, cups, wine glasses, pots, pans and complementary cleaning, and laundry supplies to get you started. There are two smart TVs, Wifi and a desk work area for your convenience. The loveseat expands to a twin bed. There is a washer/dryer on premise for an additional cost. All utilizes are included in 1 monthly fee. Guests access the property using a private entrance and digital door lock. We offer a private fenced in outdoor green space with a deck/outdoor furniture and gas grill. We, the landlords, live on site. You must fill out an application and return to landlord before you are considered. All utilities are included. Only 1 tenant for the unit. Only 1 animal allowed. It must be under 30 lbs and preapproved before lease signing. Pet addendum required and an additional $25.00 per month added to rent. Minimum stay 1 month.
