The spacious bedroom is 14.6' x 10' with a large closet. The bedroom for rent also features plenty of natural sunlight, a ceiling fan, and the attached bathroom is 5' x 10', designed for comfort and privacy. Both the bedroom and bathroom are freshly painted. I have updated the bathroom with modern hardware, a brand new sink, a stylish light fixture, quiet exhaust fan, rugs, shower curtain and towels. I am also installing double-pane windows throughout the home for energy efficiency. They are on order and will be done in a couple of weeks. The room also has all brand new furniture, bedding, rug, Smart TV, honeycomb blackout blinds, desk and ergonomic chair. Additionally, The complex offers community pool and tennis court. I have one dog (Queensland healer) and two cats (ragdoll mix). I'm open to a small to medium-sized, quiet, very well house-trained dog. They must be friendly with cats and my dog.
