The house has a large covered front and back porches, large yard, stationary and floating dock, rowboat, kayak. Non-smoking tenants a must. Prefer no pets, but will consider. West wall floor to ceiling brick, w/hearth and wood-burning insert that can heat the entire downstairs. Large kitchen center island (walnut) with lots of storage and eating bar, fridge, microwave, stove. Large windows on east side with beautiful view of lake -- opens onto large covered deck. Separate utility room on back of house with washer, dryer and extra refrigerator. Covered porch on the back entrance by the parking area. Two stories, bedrooms upstairs - one with same beautiful view of lake as from the front porch, the other with cozy brick wall - hallway and full bathroom. New blinds throughout. Due to septic restrictions, only appropriate for 1 or 2 people to rent. Prefer someone that can fix small home-owner type issues and deduct the cost and labor from rent. Lots of really fabulous extras, but it is a bit 'rustic', meaning the cabin has some cosmetic issues that are less than perfect. Owner pays for basic wifi, garbage, recycling, water and electricity (within reason). Tenant responsible for yard maintenance (mowing and edging), cable if wanted. Pets ok if supervised and yard is kept poop-free. One month minimum rental.
