European ski lodge style lake house. True beam roof with pine ceiling. This is a very unique house. Upgraded fixtures, countertops and flooring throughout. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with adjoining full bath. Additional room with full bath in finished basement that could be used as a third bedroom. (no windows) Nice large family or game room downstairs with nice stacked stone fireplace and wet bar. Built rock solid, block foundation covered with concrete on both sides. Lacking in storage space as it wasn’t built to be a primary residence. Add a nice owners suite and it’s instantly over a million dollar property. Selling due to terminal illnesses. It’s obvious that I haven’t been able to work in the yard at all since my diagnosis, it looks like crap. I was in the middle of painting the exterior when my entire life imploded about 8 months ago. It’s 3/4 done with nice PPG solid color stain. I’m posting pictures of it empty when I bought it in 2019, nothing has changed. The english ivy yard was destroyed by deer, it’s currently natural and weeds.
