The monthly rent is 1150 plus electricity and gas, the landlord will pay for water and garbage. The room: - The room has a bed, mattress, and a desk, as you can see! It's very quite quiet, spacious and has a lot of natural light. , The apartment: - Situated in the heart of Mission-Bernal Height, 2 minutes to 101 Ramp and 5 minutes to 280 Ramp - No parking garage but plenty of street parking with permit. - If you don't drive, the 24th street Bart station is only 7 mins away from you, and bus stations are just around the corner, which can get you almost anywhere in the Bay - There are many bars, parks, and fun stuff to do, you will never be bored - The apartment is furnished: we have a couch, TV and table. Kitchen is fully equipped. - We don't have a washing machine, but there's a laundromat right across the street! - We share common stuff in the living room. I am very chill and friendly.
