This is an amazing, luxurious and spacious townhouse! We have loved it! Only one owner and we're extremely clean. When we first built, we upgraded the carpet and carpet padding and also added a leak barrier on all carpet throughout the home. Unlike regular carpeting in most houses, if you spill something on the carpet in this home, the spill will just sit there until cleaned, it won't leak through. There is one large half bathroom on the main floor and two full bathrooms upstairs. There are three full bedrooms upstairs, including a luxurious master suite, complete with walk-in closet and balcony. Truly an amazing home! We completely finished the custom basement and it's hooked up and ready for full theater experience. There is added basement closet space for more storage as well as an optional office space. We completely fenced off the backyard with an oversized fence door and included an installed gas line brought outside for optional gas BBQ or gas fire pit. In the garage we added custom built-in shelves for additional storage. The main living room is hooked up and ready for a TV mount; if desired. This house is amazing and would comfortably house a small to medium sized family.
