The second floor unit will be available for tours starting on December 5th and available for move-in on January 1st, 2026. It is currently being renovated from head to toe...including a completely new kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, new cabinets and counter tops. A fresh coat of paint in all rooms and the hardwood floor throughout home have been refinished. While enjoying this brand spanking new home you will also find that it is located only one block from the mighty Mississippi river, therefore ready access to walking and biking paths. The basement has a dedicated washer and dryer and storage space for each unit. The duplex we lived in was meticulously cared for and maintained. A few (expected!) issues came up while we lived in the unit, and Darryl was always quick to fix and be in communication with us. We were actually sad when we bought a house because we could have happily rented from Red Cedar Properties forever The owner pays for water and trash disposal. The tenant pays for electricity and gas. The typical term of lease is one year. The tenant is allowed a maximum of 2 pets. There is on-street parking and the option to rent a garage space for an extra monthly fee.
