NO SMOKING allowed No pets No felonies No evictions A credit score of 600 or higher (We have a low score option) Proof of monthly net income (take home) at 3x monthly rent One year of verifiable rental history Must be able to make online rent payments through our software $30 application fee for all adults over 18, (fee will not be processed until you agree to rent the unit) IF you are selected as our resident.
