Hello potential future housemate My roommate and I are looking for someone to rent the apartment in our house (that we also rent) in Fremont/Ballard (Frelard). Our lease renewed 6/1/2026. The apartment is a separate mother-in-law on the top floor with it's own entrance. You'll have your own kitchen, bathroom, and off street parking space. The views of the Olympics from the apartment are wild (the sunsets!). We have a huge backyard. For parties! For cozy fires! For sunbathing! Whatever you like. The backyard also has shed(s) for storage. We also have a basement with, you guessed it, more storage! So much space! And there's a washer/dryer (which the three of us share). Woo, no more laundromat. We currently have 1 dog and 1 cat (outdoor) and are open to discussing your pet as well. We are walking distance ( 1 mile) from: Stampede Cocktail Club, The Woodland Park Rose Garden, Red Arrow Coffee (omg the FOOOOOOD), Mox Boarding House, the Ballard breweries, and more! Our neighbors are too cute and we have block parties in the summer. Girl, last Christmas they brought in real life reindeer! We cant wait to meet you!! You will be added to our lease. We split all bills evenly.
