Rental or mortgage history may be combined for co-applicants. *Co-applicants are accepted and will be jointly and severally responsible for all terms and obligations of the lease. *Occupants under the age of 18 or individuals who are legally incapacitated are not required to complete an application but must be disclosed and listed as occupants during the application process.
