The existing staircase is relatively steep, but I am in the process of replacing those stairs with newer stairs that will be easier to climb. Owner pays for trash collection, tenant responsible for all other utilities. Lease is for one year, but after that it is month to month. If tenant prefers, rent can be $600/month with all utilities included. No application fee, but applicant will need to provide a credit check (which can be obtained for free). Credit does not need to be perfect, but recent delinquencies would be a problem. No smoking, no pets.
