Outside, you will find 2 decks, a gas grill, a fire pit, an outdoor shower, and a large yard. Located 2 blocks from downtown, 3 blocks from the boardwalk, just a mile from the lighthouse. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. Pets are not preferred; however, may be considered for the right tenants with an additional deposit. Trash, internet, and yard service are included in the rent; however, all other utilities and snow removal are the responsibility of the tenant. No smoking or 420 inside, the home is not handicap accessible, and will not be accepting section 8. A credit check and background check are required. We adore this special cottage and want someone to take care of it as well. 4 month lease is preferred but will consider other terms.
