We have owned over 200 residential units and lived in four of them. One had a photo shoot for House Beautiful and another was also more show than comfort. Even though we purchased this home for the vacation rental market we later moved in and enjoyed it greatly. With the large country kitchen we have had many dinner guests, and the deck became a gathering spot for morning coffee. The view of the lake and the trail provided hours of enjoyment. Everyone one visiting this home first raves about the view. Then they rave about the deck. And after sharing a meal they rave about the kitchen. For entertaining this is the ultimate. With the trails through the woodland children are amused for hours and with the lower level family room and bedrooms it is a great home to raise children.
