Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to join me in my 2 bedroom apartment. I already live in the apartment and since my old roommate moved out, I'm looking for someone to fill the place. Rent is $1187.50 and about $50-60 with utilities. Amenities: 1. Laundry in the building 2. Dishwasher in unit 3. AC/Heating in rooms Owners pay for water. As renters, utilities include electricity and Wi-Fi which will be 50-50 between the two roommates. The lease duration is valid until August 2025 with a possibility for renewal. Looking for a roommate (preferably female) who is clean and tidy. I am already taking care of renters insurance so that is not something that you will have to worry about at the moment.
