New washer/dryer is in the unit. It is a duplex and both sides are short term rentals. The two sides are identical with your own private entrance and covered parking. There's a golf course down the street that you can walk to. You are 6 miles from the beach. Less than 5 minutes to the airport and 10 mins to beautiful downtown Sarasota. Less than 10 minutes to the newly built "The Bay" within Sarasota Bay, very close to IGM academy and Ringling Museum. The backyard has multiple fruit trees including some exotic mango trees that we planted and anxiously waiting to fruit. During mango season we will share some of our delicious fruits with our guests. We love our location because we like to think of it as centrally located to just about everything around Sarasota and Bradenton. One straight road to get to downtown Sarasota, Marina Jack's downtown, The Bay, Ringling Museum, and Armand Circle. Close to Anna Maria Island, Lido beach, Siesta beach. Anna Maria Oyster Bar restaurant is 1 minute away, along with numerous other restaurants and shopping nearby. Sara Bay Marina is across the street and can serve all your needs if you are a boater. Welcome and we hope you love your stay. You have access to the unit and patio area. Short stay rental. Minimum 1 month rental up to 3-6 months or beyond but depends on renter. Subject to change. Currently its Available April 1- December 2026. We allow 2 cars to park for free. Please inquire about parking spaces for anything over 2 cars or other vehicles that's not a car. We will provide a starter package of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, detergent, and a roll of paper towel. To keep the upmost hygiene standards we will not provide cooking herbs, spices, oils, etc. We will provide pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, utensils, and kitchen appliances. We will provide some towels. HOUSE RULES There is a NO PARTY policy. If we notice that there is a gathering we will ask you to leave immediately without any refund. There is a NO SMOKING policy. This includes vapes or any other forms of smoking. If we smell cigarettes, vape, marijuana, or any other kind of smoking on our property there will be a $500 cleaning fee charge, and we will ask you to leave. There is a NO Drugs policy. This includes having a marijuana card. If we notice there is drugs on our property, we will inform the authorities and ask you to leave immediately. $500 will be charged to your account. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am. Please respect our neighbors. Maxium 4 tenants/guests. Any additional may be subject to extra fees. Must discuss with owner or property manager prior to signing lease. If any house rules are broken we will ask you to leave without a refund.
