I have a one bedroom in Jackson Ward that I'm looking to sublease THIS JANUARY (end of lease). I am moving for an internship and am not sure if I will be returning which is why I'm trying to rent it through the remainder of the lease. Can send pictures if you're interested. Prioritizing those who are willing to sign a year lease at this point. We can talk about flexibility of the lease start date but can get you moved in sooner. Less than a 2 minute walk to the Arts District East and Westbound Pulse stops, as well as other Pulse locations and other GRTC routes. I pay 875 a month, the only utilities you pay are electric. Internet is included and there is a washer/dryer located in the bedroom. Exposed brick and carpet throughout the apartment. My bedroom doesn't have a door, but this is technically not a studio. I use a divider. Pets allowed, you just pay a one time pet deposit of 300 dollars. No stairs, three total floors. I live on the third floor. Limited parking in the back, costs an extra 75 dollars a month. Plenty of street parking on other streets (Franklin, Adams, etc.) Rental office is located next door literally in the same building. Really quiet and low-key building, no issues, I've lived in another lovely place downtown so I've had pretty good luck with finding some solid apartments. Tenant responsible for electric.
