This is non-negotiable. Deposit will be kept 'whole' at $850. For example - Renter leaves the screen door unlatched causing the door to get caught in the wind, blown off and destroyed. Cost to have new door installed is $500 (estimate). Renter will need to pay that $500 in order to keep the deposit at $850. Deposit will not go below $850. Deposit will only be returned if the house is 100% clean at lease end and free of damages. I will discuss this more to renters serious about the property.
