Premises The Premises refers to the leased unit or space within the property located at 315 N Front Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17101. The Premises includes access to common areas, entryways, and any shared amenities designated by the Landlord. 2. Term The Lease Term shall commence on the Commencement Date stated in the individual lease agreement and shall continue for 12 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Lease renewals shall be at the Landlord's discretion. 3. Rent Tenant agrees to pay monthly rent as stated in the Lease Summary, due on the first (1st) day of each month. Payments not received by the fifth (5th) day are subject to a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance. 4. Security Deposit A Security Deposit equal to one month's rent is required prior to occupancy. The deposit will be held as security for the performance of all lease obligations and may not be applied to rent without written consent. 5.
