This is a well kept, renovated apartment in a great area of town. It has off street parking and we are adding a new washer and dryer in the building, all included in rent. It is pet friendly but no smoking allowed. In addition, I am the owner and landlord so you deal directly with me, not a property management firm. I take excellent care of the building and the tenants that live here. Please excuse the cluttered pictures that are in the current state. This is the first time this unit is coming available since we've owned it, so we don't have any "staged" pictures of the apartment Owner pays water, sewer and trash
