Interesting people and great location. Walk to restaurants, Marta train station, little five points, Candler Park. This is a unique and fun place to call home! Rent includes all utilities and wifi. Bathroom and kitchen is in the main house and it's SHARED with other roommates. THERE'S NO PRIVATE BATHROOM IN THE SPACES FOR RENT. No more pets... Sorry. Security deposit is equal to a months rent. One person only. We have quiet hours here. We have fun sometimes, but this is NOT a place for excessive partying. Everyone MUST respect the peace and be a respectful roommate. This isn't a good fit for someone looking for a late night party house, drinks excessively, or likes to blast the music. We need proof of ability to pay rent (such as pay stub, disability, or savings). We also check eviction and criminal history for major issues. Thanks Utilities included.
