The ample space around the patio offers great options for lounging and enjoying the sun. The screened back porch is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or take a quick break from the sun. Comfortable beds to ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. The West End of Panama City Beach is known for being a quiet and more relaxed area compared to the East End of Panama City Beach, just a short drive from the famously fun Pier Park premier shopping and entertainment destination. If you're looking for a little more adventure, there are plenty of activities to keep you busy in the area. Rosemary Beach is just three miles away, you can enjoy shopping, dining, and exploring the charming town. A quick and easy one-mile drive or walk to Lake Powell Park! Parking: Parking is available both in the driveway and on the street. Important details to note: Trash pick up is on Tuesday and Friday mornings. A 4-seater golf cart included with your monthly stay. A waiver must be signed. Pool heat can be added for $30 for each night of your entire stay (and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay). When heated, the pool will be 82-86 degrees, depending on how warm it is outside. We highly recommend adding pool heat outside of traditional summer months (June-August). That said, the average daily temperature must be at least 50 degrees, so heating the pool from December through February is weather-dependent. Pool cooling can also be added for $30 for each night of your entire stay (and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay). When cooled, the pool temp can be brought down by up to 5 degrees, depending on how warm it is outside. Whether heating or cooling, please allow around 1 hour per degree change in temperature. We do not provide beach towels. Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). A $225 cleaning fee is to be added to your total. Small pets to be considered. The owner pays utilities.
