My wife and I will be closing on a house at the beginning of May, and are looking to do a lease transfer (full 12-months with option to extend) for our 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment in University City (45th and Spruce) - leased at $1,055 per month and includes gas, water, trash. The apartment is on the first floor at 315 S 45th Street, in a complex called Royal Palms. It is managed by Campus Apartments, but is available to any renter not just Penn and Drexel students (the area has a nice mix of families, professionals, and students). There are hard wood floors throughout, 960 total square feet, electric heat, gas appliances, and window unit A/C. The bedroom is large enough for a king size bed and multiple dressers; there is also a separate dining room attached to the kitchen. The area is very walkable, and is also in the catchment area for UPenn police and is safe. Same block as main public trans routes into center city, 30th street and 60th street station. Move-in is available beginning May 31st, 2017 (we are also willing to discuss up to a week earlier than this), and the lease extends to May 31st, 2018 with the option to renew. All applicants will be required to complete an application and process with campus apartments, though my wife and I will reimburse you for your application fees (up to 2 people).
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
