The available room is well-lit and has a large closet. Rent amount includes utilities, internet, & a parking space. The common space is large, and all rooms feel spacious because of the vaulted ceiling. Prime location at the edge of the Caltech campus and two blocks from plenty of Lave Ave shopping and restaurants. Part of the large common space is ideal/outfitted as a workout/yoga corner. I have a projector available for watching movies theater-style on the large living room wall. The porch has patio tables, a hammock, and a garden. I'm happy to share kitchen and other household items in the common space, and the available room could be partly furnished (e.g., bed, lamp, furniture), if preferred. Compatibility-wise, I'm looking for a roommate who is: - cool with mutually sharing the common space for occasional hosting (e.g., dinner, movie, or game nights) - not a cigarette smoker - doesn't have cat allergies (ideally likes cats) - likes tidiness but isn't strict about temporary clutter - communicates openly about preferences or problems that arise
