Both are located on the second floor of the building. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer which are free to use, central AC, and good-sized closets. One of them has a dishwasher. Free parking in our off-street parking lot is included. Monthly rent is $1,100/month for the apartment with the dishwasher, and $1,050/month for the one without a dishwasher. (This rent is for the whole apartment, NOT per person.) Rent includes water. Tenants are responsible for the gas and electric bills. (The interior photos here show a similar apartment in the building, but not the exact units that are available, which are both actually nicer than the one seen here.
