A desk and chair is provided with printer and monitor setup if needed. Guest access 1 car parking spot is available during guest stay. Street parking can be limited but is available. Close to bus transit. Furnished house. 3-6 month lease term. First months rent due upon signing. Security deposit due upon move in. Minimum 3 months rent but flexible on lease term/duration, not to exceed 6 months. Owner pays for internet & garbage. Renter is responsible for water, gas and electric. Weekly trash pickup. Front landscaping provided. Must water plants weekly. One parking spot included. All guest parking is on the street. Shared driveway with neighbor. No pets. No smoking.
