Between the night stand dresser and the hanging rack there are plenty of room for your clothes. (Please note: This room does NOT have a door to the stairs leading up to it.) *SUN RM/3rd BED RM: The 4 season sunroom provides an extra place to sleep with it's (2 person) full size hide a bed in the couch. This is the room everyone wants to hang out in. There is a couch & 3 cushion chairs perfect for a 3rd person to split the rent with. The sunroom has 4 huge windows which gives the room ample light but for those who like to sleep in we provided room darkening curtains. *The FRONT PORCH has 2 wicker chairs and a small table, perfect place to sip a glass of wine and enjoy the evening breeze. *Our KEYLESS ENTRY can be accessed by your smart phone or by using the key pad next to the front door. You are given a personal access PIN that is unique to just you and provides you access. *The LIVING RM. provides a warm welcome with it's hardwood floors and overstuffed leather furniture. Great place to watch your favorite show on the Fire TV programming. Netflix & FREE prime shows available. *Wi-Fi is strong through out the house. *OFFICE: The well lit office provides a quiet location where you can close the doors and spread out on the huge desk. *KITCHEN: Is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, wine glasses and opener, pots & pans to make you favorite meals. You will also find a few extras like spices, zip lock bags, foil, etc. Appliances: Stove, Refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. Table with 4 chairs. *LAUNDRY: Washer & Dryer are in the basement. (The basement does NOT have a door & the one side of the stairs does NOT have a railing.) Iron & Ironing board. *PARKING: Driveway & street parking available. (No parking on the grass.) *The garage is NOT available to rent. Other things to note *The house is decorated in a cottage shiek style there fore you can expect to see some scratches and imperfections on the furniture and decorations in the home. *The glazing on the inside of the tub is worn away and is no longer shiny. *The small deck off the sun room gets full sun all day. The small deck also has a slight lean to it. *You may hear dogs barking in the neighborhood. *You may hear children playing, laughing & yelling in the neighborhood. *The upstairs bedroom does not have a door on it we have put up a curtain. *The basement does not have a door on it we have however put up a curtain. *The basement has an open staircase. One side has no railing. *Hosts use the garage for storage and come to the property to pick things up without notice. *Landscapers will be cutting lawn different days of the week depending upon weather & their schedule. *Dryer does not buzz when finished. *Tenant is responsible for snow removal up to 6 inches. *NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind! *NO PETS *NO PARTIES OR EVENTS *Renters pay for Gas, Water & Electric. *Cleaning Fee ~ End of lease cleaning Fee $150 *Max guests: 6 (**Any extra guest will cost $50 per person per night.) *Quiet Hours 8 pm to 9 am *Must climb stairs Approx. 4 Main floor, Laundry 15, Dormer Bedroom 18. *Parking: Driveway or street ONLY. NO parking on grass. *NO illegal drug or firearms on the property. *No open flame. Do NOT light candles they are for decoration ONLY. *Toiletries & consumable items: Guests staying more than 2 days must provide their own TP, paper towels, coffee, filters, sugar, etc. ie: All consumable items once the initial items have been used. *Linens: Each bed will have 1 full set of sheets. ie: 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, 2 pillow cases tenant & 1 blanket. Tenant is responsible for washing linens. *Towels each tenant will be given 1 set of towels. (2 large towels, 1 hand towel & 2 wash cloths) Tenant is responsible for washing towels. *Dish towels: 2 hand towels & 2 wash towels are provided. Tenant is responsible for cleaning. *Dishes: All dishes must be washed & accounted for. Service for 8 people plates, glasses, & silverware. Full set of pots & pans. Anything missing or broken will be charged to tenant. *Property must be clean when you leave. *Trash: Put ALL Trash in black trash can outside. Refrigerator & freezer emptied of guest's food. *Trash can goes to the curb every Monday evening & must be put back every Tuesday evening. *Window AC's are to be turned off any time you leave the property. *Windows & doors must be closed & locked any time you leave the property. *Mail delivery: Guests can open a PO box at the local post office to have your mail delivered to. Do NOT have personal mail delivered to property. *You will be charged for any missing items from the property. All items have been pictured and inventoried. *This rental is not suitable for children ages 2 6 as the basement has no railing on one side and there is no door closing off the basement and the main level. There is also no door blocking the stairs to the upstairs bedroom.
