This is a great home! Our favorite feature is the yard. It it features a built in swing set, two story playhouse, two storage sheds, garden spot and rv parking! The back yard is great for entertaining! New roof and siding in 2021 on all sheds, house and play house (not in pictures but it’s a beautiful blue with dark grey roof. I will update as soon as we get the snow gone) new dishwasher installed 2021 and new electric range 2020. We have a great neighborhood that’s quiet with the middle and high schools being 2 blocks away. The home is heated by pellet stove and cooled by an evaporative cooler. This home is for sale only. We are not interested in renting, leasing, or doing a rent to own contract.
